The airline lost my bag on Christmas Eve and the worker was completely unapologetic and borderline rude. The only recompense offered was a toothbrush and a promise that the bag would be delivered the next day to my location in Lincoln. Of course he called at 5:45 am, knowing that I wouldn't answer, being asleep, to tell me that the courier isn't working! Fairly sure he knew that before but didn't want me to pitch a fit in the airport. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! DO NOT FLY AMERICAN AIRLINES. I am on a limited diet and all of my food, medications and of course clothes are being held hostage for two days without even a hint of an offer to make it right in some way. AND THEY ARE NOT ANDWERING THE PHONE, so I can't even drive over there and GET MY BAG MYSELF, because I don't know if anyone is there.
In and out fast. Does what it says it will do.
Worst customer service. I have been waiting on my delayed bag for 4 days now. I will never fly in or out of this airport ever again. Even if my life depended on it. I would take death rather than facing the torture of stepping foot in this sorry excuse for an airport.
I like it is beautiful
The new terminal is beautiful. The restrooms are nice, you can access the restaurant from the gate area and from the non secured area. They have great food and the airport staff are kind.
Also, this isn't the place to complain about an airline that services the airport. Go to the American Airlines or Allegiant websites to complain about their counter service, lost baggage, or delays.
