Had the worst service and the worst Food I've ever had there in 4 years on my last visit I ordered these sirloin steak medium rare it came out medium well the potato was undercooked the tomatoes look like they've been smashed then I got a hamburger to replace it medium rare it was well done and the bun was stale I told him I'll pay for the bear and I'm leaving and wait for breakfast and a new cook.. manager never talk to me he just took it off my bill and didn't say a word to me or management bartender was okay
Food and Service have been alot better the past 3 times passing through Grand Island Nebraska. Burgers are awesome. Onion rings are the best i have ever had. French toast with cinnamon apples is really good. Bartenders have had a much better attitude then in the past and Service was exceptional. I can see a positive change for the better. Thank you.
The food's pretty good. But the wait staff is pretty slow. The prices are high. But that's what you should expect in NE truck stop.
And the conversation is the usual. Bunch of drivers complaining about electronic logs. Like it's the only thing in the f****** world.
Pretty good steak tonight.. love this place! Wish other truck stops would model after this place. Take notice T/A, Pilot, Loves!! This place kicks your ass!!
I had Hannah and she was absolutely wonderful and attentive as well as Brian who checked up on us and was also just as attentive. I felt very spoiled. The Spinach dip was delicious and you can tell it's hand madr and I had a plethora of chips to dip it in as well. I will be back :)
