I went to Indulge because I had a friend that said it was the place to go. When I arrived there I thought the place looked really nice and the staff looked professional. So I was pretty excited to get my hair done. The gal that did mine, praised herself on how much "experience" she had. The lighting there is pretty deceiving, as I could not tell until I got home how horrible my hair looked. It looked like someone had poured cr*p all over my head. I called the salon and the owner just pushed it to the hair dresser that had done my hair. She refused to fix it. Wow, I was pretty surprised being she had so much experience. I don't think she knew how to accept the fact that she did a bad hair job. I have never been to a "professional salon" that would allow their employees not to fix something. We are your "posters" walking around, so remember that.Whether they are renting a chair or whatever, this is your BUSINESS. So, i'm still trying to figure out where these employee get there hair done so I can go there!
I was setting up a special pamper day for my grandmother and step mother when I came to visit from out of state. On short notice they found a time slot that I could have access to three stylists and they were willing to do what ever Grandma wanted when we arrived. Ended up all three of us had pedicure and manicure spa days. They did a wonderful job and were very friendly. Highly recommend you enjoy their services.
The nicest,classiest,cleanest salon in Grand Island. I feel so relaxed and welcome when I'm there! Abby Nyce goes above and beyond to make sure my hair is beautiful, she does an amazing job! I wouldn't go anywhere else! So happy with this place!
