This is a great place to rent a car. The staff was friendly and very helpful. My truck had to be in the shop for repairs, I called a competing car rental company in Grand Island and was connected to someone at a central call location, not in Grand Island. Then I called Matt at A & A Rent A Car and he hooked me up with a very nice Chevy Cruse for a better rate. As I was without transportation, I needed to have the vehicle driven to my home. While the national car rental place could not do that, Matt at A & A Rent A Car was more than happy to help! Matt even gave me a ride to the dealership to pick up my truck after it was repaired and when I returned to the rented car. The car was very clean, comfortable, it ran great, it was like new with less than 20,000 miles. I could not be happier with my experience!
