Terrible experience. Not the first time I’ve had bad service. Told the guy what tires I wanted, never told me they didn’t have them in stock and ended up putting on tires that were more expensive, without approving through me first. Didn’t fix the TPMS sensor like I asked, but ended up trying to up sell me on $1400 more of parts.
Very helpful and customer friendly, and affordable. Ben was great in helping me out the best he and his technicians when I was in a bind with my breaks. Big O didn't take advantage of the fact I was in urgent need.
We were on a road trip through Nebraska when we blew a tire. Turns out our car had freaky tires and they couldn't be found. It also turned out I needed four of them!! Anyway, the guys at this store were amazing in getting it all sorted out and fixed and I was back on the road in under an hour. UPDATE fast forward 6 months - I get a flat tire in OK and I don't have my receipt. One quick phone call and my receipt is now in my hands. GREAT customer service!! Awesome experience!
Excellent work on my tires and helping me decide what tires I liked ! He also measured how tall my truck would be if the certain tires where added. He understood me very well.
