Completely ruined my birthday wasting all my time & money shopping here because my bag was stolen there & they were rude & completely unhelpful about the way it was handled. Really disappointed in the company overall but escpecially the way you can REALLY tell they work on commission when you shop there too.
I love the staff and of course the product! I do wish they had a larger selection of shirts, sweaters, pants, and etc
Emily was on the ball with customer service!!! She is the best!!! Our visit to the store wouldn’t have been pleasant without her help!!! I will visit again because of her!!! Amanda was also very kind she checked us out at the register.
After finding our own size and item without any assistance, we Stood in line to be yelled at to go to the back to of another line. Store smelled awful. "Kaylen" was the individual that yelled at us.
