Absolutely horrible. I lost so much money by investing in Ameriprise. They are helpful when they are charging you outrageous fees, but after I pulled my money out of Ameriprise, much less help and guidance is offered. I could have earned another $20K however, my investments were not allocated correctly and therefore I lost money.
