The place is very dirty. Very. Jennifer who is supposedly the medical director was very unprofessional when I requested a refill of birth control in order to make an appointment. I have PCOS and I need birth control to stop bleeding, and for obvious reasons i can't be examined while i am bleeding. I was told I was over due for my yearly exam except I had one in November last year along with a ultrasound at a OB/GYN they referred me too. How is that not an exam? I am a 37 year old mother to one child so i am well aware of how to prevent pregnancy but she has the audacity to tell me to WAIT to stop bleeding and abstain from sex. I've bled for 6 weeks once, it's not something I was wanting to do again. What I needed was a refill in order to make an appointment. I DO not recommend any part of this crack show. Go to another provider!
This place is now called "Choice Family Healthcare". It is a scam, and should be reported for fraud. Wifey went in today for a simple doctor visit and an Rx. For a common woman issue. They told her the minimum would be 35 dollars, but there is a sliding scale. Would not give her a clue as to how much. She went in, and had her exam and got her Rx. As she went to leave. They told her the bill is 180 dollars with a 28 dollar deduction....150 dollars! Do you not think that is stuff that should be told up front. Wifey asked for a detailed bill listing the charges. They said they could not give her one! Excuse me? Since when can someone not provide a detailed bill? We refuse to be taken advantage of by fly by night predators! Maybe this is why they changed their name!
