Staff is unprofessional. Gossiping and using cell phones in front of patients. Facility is clean and nicely decorated, welcoming. If only the staff was as welcoming and as the facility. The medical staff while generally pleasant and friendly are incompetent, arrogant, and talk about patients loudly which can be heard from any exam room. Also from reception to the nurse to the doctor they are all so slow! Don't go here if you're looking for a quick visit!
I have gone to Medexpress Grand Island a few times. The front desk gals were so friendly and helpful. I have received great care each time I go. The providers are very through and I would definitely go back and recommend them to everyone.
I was in and out quickly. The staff was very kind and considerate, they even gave me a bottle of water while I waited!!!!! I would definately recommend going to MedExpress when you can not see your regular doctor.
Was definitely not impressed. I usually go to twin rivers, but decided to try something new. Took forever for them to even get me in, being the ONLY patient there. $75 for them to check my temp, blood pressure..make me wait for almost a half hour to be seen. When I could clearly hear them talking outside the door.. came in, and sent me to E.R cuz they couldn't help me. Turns out, I was having a very painful migraine. So, now going to get stuck with a hospital bill that was not needed. Definitely going to stick with twin rivers. They are much more quicker and more professional.
This facility is a wonderful place to go. I took my two toddlers here and the staff was very patient and very kind to me and my kids. They got me in and out very quickly.
