I do not recomend this company! I found out that they had a watch I had been looking to purchase as a collectors piece. I emailed the owner and he verified they had it and I also talked with him on the phone. During both conversations I made it clear that all the plastics had to be on the watch. He sent me a picture which included the plastics. I was going to fly in from out of state so I felt the need to verify one more time that it in fact had the plastics so I called the store manager. She told me that the watch did not have the plastics. I expressed to them that I had made it clear that the plastics must be on and that it changed what the watch was going to be for me if they weren't. I asked them to do the right thing and make it up to me and ship it so it would save me the flight or discount it a bit more. They were not willing to do either to make up for their mistake that almost cost me a $600 flight. Thank goodness I checked. This could have been a very easy fix for them but instead they don’t feel the need to make a bad situation right. I wasn't asking for much just a little customer service for their huge mistake. Now my job is to let everyone know about my experience one social media site at a time. Just more wasted time and effort that a little TLC could have prevented.
My experience with Sartor Hamann Jewelers in Grand Island, Ne was excellent! Jason, the store manager went above and beyond to help me find the perfect diamond ring. Jason, took his time with me and was very patient. I appreciate their knowledge on the different types of diamonds available. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. I especially like the fact that they are not located in a mall setting so you don’t feel rushed. I would highly recommend Sartor Hamann Jewelry for those looking for that special ring.
