The owner was absolutely horrible to me when I brought one of my husband's concerns to him. I would strongly recommend using Liberty and avoiding Ideal at all costs!
Dropped off two pair of pants that needed new zippers. They set a date of completion and failed to call and tell me they weren't done. When they were done, the wrong size zipper was placed in causing the fly to look open at all times, and the fabric had been folded over and sewn in place. I'm fairly sure a small child could have done a better job.
