There always a mess up on our order and there disrespectful there, no greetings, nothing you can tell they all don't want to be there and hate it there.
I currently work in the food service industry and I get late food when it is busy. But when I went there with my family, we ordered at 5:58 and we finally got all of our food by 6:40! Worst part they gave us the same damn excuse of "Sorry we WERE busy"! The were only two groups there when we were there and we were one of them!
Horrible! Picked up carry out and didn't give me what I ordered. Called to get correct order and was on hold for over 5 minutes. Thet put in a new order and state ot will be ready in 12 to 14 minutes.....25 minutes later I finally receive the order I placed over an hour earlier and the food was not the quality of other Pizza Huts!
Flavor of food was ok. Service was poor, seemed as if they didn't care about their job, or their customers. I am glad to know that this location on South Locust will be leveled and a new strip mall carry-out location will be put in its place... in the last 2 years, this is the 5th experience, I have had myself, or from someone else that ate here... stick with the west location!
