For the second time my wife and I were asked to wait fifteen to twenty minutes to be seated, this time we went for lunch at 1:30 pm to avoid the lunch crowd and again there were more cleaned empty booths & tables than the few that were occupied. The previous time we were there at 5:30 pm for an early supper again with multiple booths & tables available but we were asked to wait twenty minutes to be seated. Both times I declined to wait due to the large amount of available seating & chose to take our business to their competitors who chose to fill there available seating with paying customers. Couldn't wait for Olive Garden to open in GI but the service here doesn't equal those in the other towns we've eaten at. Very disappointed.
That is so RUDE and embarrassing. Was he implying I look lazy? Why is my hair the focus? He should be serving and making us feel welcome. He could've had a $50 tip tonight. I left 5. Won't be returning
I don't know what the waitress name was, but she was a great waitress. She said she's been working for four years. She did an excellent job. Really appreciate her kindness and going above and beyond.
When you're here, you're family. Can't go wrong with Italian food. Plus the bottomless pasta bowl and unlimited soup, salad, and breadsticks can't be beat. We had great service when we went.
I went on a date here tonight. While I was enjoying my appetizer with my partner, the waiter asked me "How do you get your hair like that?. There was a Caucasian girl who worked here who had that hair because she was lazy"
We came on Christmas Eve. Must have been short staffed. Had to wait for drinks, salad and bread sticks. The meals was good, but the service was very slow.
