VERY RUDE! Called this morning to see if they could help with a commercial property in Grand Island that had a clogged Urinal and the lady who answers just say "Hello" with the rude tone. So i ask very nicely "Is this Shannon Plumbing?" to which her response was "um yeah" again very rude. So i just said "well i needed help with a clogged urinal but you don't sound like your looking for business" and she hung up faster than I did. Maybe they do not need more customers or how dare I call a business at 9 am on a Monday morning. (sarcasm intended)
