I refuse to go to St. Francis ER unless i have to, due to previous bad visits, rudeness, un-professional doctors and nurses! Last night just reminded me again why i dnt go there, after taking my 8yr old daughter in for an infection and waiting on nurses because they forgot about us due to lack of communication!! Hastings ER from now on for us!!
