Made a call first thing in the morning about a broken tension spring. I had to be at work at 10 and they literally were there in 15 minutes. Fantastic customer service. Todd the technician was professional and courteous. It was obvious he had performed this service many times as the whole broken spring issue was fixed within 20 minutes. Went in to get some options on a new garage opener on my lunch break. Talked with the manager Pete, and wound up selecting one (the Lift master 8550W).
