Poorly run. Unfriendly, errogant and immoral. I have no annimossity personally. I wasn't turned down on a loan or can't afford one or anything like that. I have a house and I can't believe what they're building out there. What they build residentially is complete crap. Definitely pay more and get a basement not a slab because high winds are gonna tear his houses away let alone a tornado. See for yourself out at Copper Creek subdivision. They're throwing up houses as fast as they can cutting all corners. I heard they used Larson construction to pour their basements. One was so out of square they had to rip out and repour the entire basement. Here's the best part. When they tore down the out of square one there was nearly no rebar in the cement. No chance in hell would an inspector let him pour basements like that. If you wanna pay over $100/ per foot for Oconners and Larsons work I'm sorry for your loss. You will lose. They're will be a lot of warranty work being done because they can't get it right the first time.

Dealt with one of those O'Connor people myself. Very rude, arrogant, look down on ya and think they are better. Cheaply built over priced crap apts. With sub par people running it and building it. If I ever had to rent or recommend it, i sure wouldn't. Well actually I would, but only to really stupid trashy people. If I could rate it lower I would. The character of these people is a joke. And for those who commented on affordable. Lol. Buy a house
