I ordered a pair of tennis shoes online and paid for expedited shipping (2day shipping) and the day they were supposed to arrive, I found out they hadn't and weren't going to ship. Extremely unhappy with this.
They tend to have very good sales. Thier selection of shoes is really great. If I am in the market for a durable pair of shoes, this is where I go. Not enough staff here if you need assistance.

This place is an alright shoe store and the people are friendly. They never have size 14 shoes though which is the only reason I go there but, that is my only problem with it.
One of my worst retail experiences ever! Went to look at work boots. There were two ladies in the store working? I was trying on the boots and she walked right next to, but didn't say Hello, didn't ask if she could help me. I bought the boots. When I went to checkout she still didn't say hello. Don't go in!
