The team at Whitaker Auto Repair was incredibly friendly, professional, and set me completely at ease. They had me on my way with a replacement alternator in no time at a fair price. Highly recommended!

My son and I were driving through NE on our way home from CO. Our car broke down off I-80 and required us to spend the night outside Grand Island. The next morning, I started calling repair shops at 7:00 am. We were lucky that Whitaker's answered (I can't remember the owners name but I think it was Jeff). He arranged to have our car towed from the hotel to his shop, repaired it at an honest price, picked us up at our hotel in his own car, drove us back to his shop and got us back on the road (to WI) within the time frame he promised. I would gladly refer him to anyone! You gotta love small town American honesty, integrity and hospitality! Thanks again Jeff!
