I've had a positive experience every time at Cottonwood Dental. The staff is friendly, helpful, and takes the time to explain the care they are providing. I'm able to get in at reasonable times and do not have to wait very long once I arrive for an appointment.
The ladies at the office are wonderful. My whole family comes here. They are wonderful with my kids. This is the only place I come to, in need for dental work. This place is #1.
This is far the best place I have gone to get dental work done. The staff is friendly and they take their time to get things done. They talk things over with you and explain all options and listen to you. Great job everyone!
For being a place that most people only want to visit for two cleanings a year, I had to contact them monthly.
The office is nice. I had a difficult time with billing as they would not return my voicemails and they didn't appear to be interested in sending out accurate statements. I had statements adjusted several times due to inaccuracy.
