I was referred to Dr. Neuhaus through another dentist, because she knew he would be better at doing the job, especially since he offers sedation.
First off... My experiences with dentists over the course of my life has not been a good thing. I have been to numerous dentists trying to find one that will work with my incredibly sensitive mouth. In the past it seemed no matter which method a dentist would use to numb me up, I could still feel everything happening in my mouth. Hence, afraid of going to the dentist in general.
He gave me the typical follow up directions to go by. He also helped me out tremendously in ways that any other "professional" has never done for me.
My experience was amazing, the staff are really nice and kind and the Dr John the dentist really explained in detail how my teeth were and why we can do to improve the over health of my gums and my teeth . He was awesome . My girlfriend was there also going to see him witch she hates the dentist and he explained to her that what ever happened in the past he would make sure she is comfortable and make her dentist experience better for her . Man the chair you sit in have back massager built in them. We are very satisfied and is my new dentist
We made plans for the future care of my teeth (which included an extraction). He gave me some great advice for what to do from now until then. But I had an emergency before the appointment.
I called him up, they got me in really fast. I NEEDED an immediate extraction. We didn't have time to schedule sedation, and let me tell you, I was very nervous about the pain without being sedated.
I made an appointment with him, and he and his small staff there are just excellent! They made sure that I was very comfortable, by allowing me to choose the music that I preferred (and let me tell you, the music i prefer is NOT generally accepted in professional offices. Not just the genre, but the specific artist of my liking, HUGE points).
If you want to find a truly compassionate and friendly dentist who is extremely skilled and knows what he is doing, then look no further. Dr. Neuhaus is the dentist for you. I would recommend him to just about everyone I know 100%
Once again, he made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. I have had a few teeth pulled over the course of my life, and this was by far the best experience I have ever had getting a tooth pulled. There was no pain. He explained what he was doing as it was happening. There were some minor problems (due to the condition of that tooth in coordination of where it was along my sinus cavity), but he did an amazing job.
