Very disgusted & disappointed with our Christmas shopping experience!!! We were not asked by one employee if we needed help & it would have nice as we were in a hurry. We found the wallets as my college son wanted to find one with a money clip to give to his Dad for Christmas & we had already searched numerous stores trying to find the right one. As we were looking through the wallets- I noticed a young man Dillard employee giving us a very suspicious & quite unpleasant glare. He did not offer to help only continued to stare us down & make sure we were not there to rob the place. My son purchased the $50 wallet without so much as a thank you for shopping with us or a Merry Christmas. This young man had no Christmas spirit ( & ruined mine) & had absolutely no customer service. Will not be back to this store. Only thing we gained was a valuable lesson for my son about judging others without knowing them. This kid was probably pretty close to my child's age. When his dad unwrapped his wallet... my son said... pretty sure that kid thought mom & I were thieves. Give that young man some customer service training!!! His angry eyes said a lot about him.
Our helper was a bit slower than I wouldve liked, but helpful nonetheless! Great selections too.
The lady helping us asked if we could hurry up so she could go get lunch. . . We bought over $600 in clothing but the service just sucked.
