The extra warranty would be worth it if they showed up. I am very disappointed in my service. I paid for the extra warranty and would gladly use it if I could get an appointment. My appointment was scheduled between 1-5 PM. The technician showed up at 11:30 and left because no one was home. I called twice to get him to come back in the afternoon and was assured he would call and be out. He did not call or show. I contacted Sears, I was transferred 3 times and finally told, my appointment is next week due to scheduling conflicts. This will mean that my washer is out of service for another week. I tried to contact the complaint department and ask for some further assistance, but there was no one. No address, no phone number, no email that the complaint department lady could give me.

Ordered a dishwasher over two weeks ago. I was supposed to be able to pick it up in a week. Then it was 2 weeks and now it's gonna be another week they say. Trying to get ahold of someone in store is ridiculous. I called several departments trying to talk to someone about it, but no one wants to pick up the phone i guess. Finally someone in the hand tools department answered. Waiting on a call back, we'll see if that happens. About to go demand a refund.
