I think there great ...!!! There honest and you get your moneys worth. Need improvement in the delevery guy but other then that i give it 5 stars all the way .
I actually don't even want to give them a star at all. Rented a phone for my son come to find out Verizon won't let their service on these phones of rent a centers so I took it back they wouldn't refund me the money.wanted me to put it on one of their items.So I had them come pick up their furniture from my house they were an hour late this place is nothing but a joke. They really need to go out of buisness if you ask me.They didn't even know my name after renting from them for 2 1/2 months JOKE JOKE JOKE.

i spent about 2 thousand dollars for a 60 inch tv that only lasted a few months and then went black and quit. cost more to fix than getting a new tv. Anytime i was one day late on a paying they were calling me all day long or at my doorstep even. was ridiculous. was the worst financial decision i have ever made.
Costs an arm and a leg, great employees tho. Not a bad place when you want something now and don't have the cash to just drop on it
