I was so disappointed in the customer service today - I had a $200 order that I placed online for pickup that needed to be picked up today and didn't realize it was 24 hour service. She was very unprofessional that I had placed the order and needed today and needed cancelled. She asked my name and said she would cancel it. It made matters worse when I told her the account wasn't under my name. I am an add-on under my mothers farm business so I wasn't sure which name it would be under. I was going to pick up the order tomorrow but now am cancelling the order all together. Always be nice you never know what another person is going through.
I Love sams club in Grand Island, Ne the store is very well kept. Shelves are always organized accordingly, fresh quality food. They carry the best Adult Coloring Books! and Adult dot to dot books!

Tire department took advantage of my 80 yr. old father in law. Sold him winter, directional tires without telling him. Made them sound like a great deal. Now they have prematurely worn since he drove them in all seasons. Sam's club won't rectify the issue. Instead they will give $40 off a new set of tires. Big Help! Love the rest of the store. Don't buy tires here.
Good value if you buy in bulk. Good sales.
Shopping & checkout were very good. I then went to the customer service desk to pay the amount due on our account plus today's purchase (which I put on the card). I told the lady my intention & she only wanted to know the amount I planned to pay~so I added the two together on a piece of paper I had in my purse as she had no interest in the statement or today's sales receipt. I wrote the check, she handed me my cancelled check & receipt for the transaction, and no thank you or have a good day mentioned. Went away with a disappointed feeling. If she would of been busy, I would not of taken your & my time for this, but kind of ruined my time at Sam's Club & the day.
