I had a 3-piece sectional couch delivered today... The delivery men were fantastic they went above and beyond to get the furniture in my apartment! Super-friendly and very professional.
Jack and Mark delivered my new sofa sleeper today. They couldn't have been more courteous, friendly or professional. They worked with my schedule and called when they were 15 minutes out. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and helpful. I love my new couch ☺

I called the store THREE times on January 1st and NO ONE ever called me back. I want to purchase a bed for a family member who lives in Chapman, but I am out of state and was told by a California rep. to call the local store. I did, but no one seems to care about making a sale. It's too bad since the California store was so helpful, but they are not allowed to take orders for out of state deliveries. WHY couldn't you call me back??? I left THREE messages and NOTHING! I am beyond disgusted.
We went in today to pick out a dining room table set for our newly renovated house. Danielle Mossman was so very helpful and went out of her way to spend the extra time needed with us to ensure we left very happy with our choice. She is very knowledgeable and friendly and we will definitely be coming back to get the rest of our furniture to finish our remodel!
