Freedom to shop without being hounded yet sales reps readily available. Willingness to be flexible on pricing helps too. Delivery prep team was very helpful (we picked up our furniture ourselves) they unpacked and confirmed condition then loaded into our vehicle.
Great bargains and sales staff are not aggressively trying to sell you something. Good quality furniture.
