My dodge ram broke down in kearney after harvest of harmony, leaving us stranded shortly before lunch. Called dealership in GI. They were rude, and not wanting to guarantee any service if towed in. (Too busy). Made a few calls, and found a tow company (Kramer Towing) who was fantastic, and recommended Miller tire pros. A short phone call guaranteed they would at least diagnose the problem if towed to them. Upon pulling in, they were SWAMPED, and seemed very hectic, but upon closer observation, very proficient. It took just about 10 min of waiting, and they immediately jumped on the diagnosis. We left the vehicle with them, and got a call 30 min later that we would need a new fuel pump. I agreed to the estimate (which upon further checking was exact). The truck was FIXED by 3:00. It runs great, it was returned clean, not all greasy. Were so glad we found this place, and would HIGHLY recommend them to others. Thank you, Miller Tire Pros, and you are defiantly much more then tires. You've earned our future business!

Sitting here in their shop right now. My car broke down on the way to back home to Colorado and these guys were the only ones who helped. I can’t remember the last time I had this good of service. They checked on my car to see what was going on and they were accommodating as I sat and waited for a family member (who drove from Colorado) to come pick me up. These guys really cared about the work they did and their customers. I’m hoping to never be in this situation again, and I am not sure I will be back just because I usually only drive through the area. But if I lived around Grand Island, NE, I wouldn’t go to anyone else. Thanks, Miller Tire.
Service worthy of writing a review for! Knowledgeable and friendly service professionals; fantastic work; some of the best prices I've seen; and a true focus on the customer! Miller Tire has made a life long customer out of me and I don't even live in Grand Island! For service like this, i'll drive the 90 minutes from Lincoln to GI to be taken care of. Guys were super friendly, had a stuck bolt on a caliper I couldn't get loose while trying to do my own brakes, brought in my parts and they replaced my brakes and rotor with self acquired parts. For $30 it was totally worth the wait. The area seems semi shady but don't let that fool you, these guys are friendly and care about your vehicle, they definitely show that through their services.
