If you want a gym where your gym friends ultimately become your 'fit fam', this is the place to be. Staff that truly cares about you as a person and greets you by name with a friendly smile every time you walk in the door. No where else around are you going to find a gym that offers tanning beds, sauna, AND a hot tub to soak after a hard workout. The jacuzzi is great to sit and let the jets work out any kinks or tight muscles. Trainers listen to you as an individual to help you reach your personal goals or address problems your facing in your fitness. Also available only at Health Plex is the outdoor training area, complete with new, fine grain sand for the new sand volleyball court. Tons of cardio equipment to choose from so you'll always be able to find a machine for your choice of warmup or cardio itself. More free weights than you'll ever be able to know what to do with. And finally another feature exclusive to Health Plex alone, the functional fitness room. No where else in town will you find the open floor plan to push the weighted sled on turf, while others utilize the rest of the open floor space. The owner has welcomely allowed me to throw a softball to keep my arm warm during the winter in the open area. This gym truly has anything and everything you could ever need in a gym. Awesome additions and improvements make it a fun, friendly gym to be in! Always open to suggestions and recommendations so your voice will always be heard. Truly can't say enough great things about this incredible gym.
I wish there was a place like this in my city! The price for what you get with this gym is incredible. It is hard to find a 24 hour gym with a functional fitness room and updated equipment! I come here all the time for the holidays when I visit my family! Super friendly staff too!
When I first joined the Health Plex I was 100+lbs overweight. I was terrified to walk in the door. From the 1st day I found nothing but support and positivity. Over 3 years I lost 125 lbs and gained a family. I am still a daily member and enjoy the ever changing and always improving equipment. If you're intimidated to begin a life change give the Plex a try!
The facility has plenty of cardio equipment of all types available to use, even when it’s a busy time of day. (I usually arrive at 5:30-6pm). Free weights and so many options of various types of other equipment are also available to use and all in good working order. The functional room is great open space to do classes offered, or make up your own workouts.
I love to use the available dry sauna and tanning that is included in the price of the monthly membership! Everything is always clean, well maintained and ready for anyone to use!
I joined Health Plex over three years ago wanting to improve my overall fitness level and reach new goals. I have gotten so much more than what I expected with my membership!
This gym has been a part of the family since I was a kid! I love being able to come in at any time and feel welcomed by long-time friends and new faces! I wouldn’t be where I am today without the love and motivation shared at this facility. :)

There have been many updates the past 6 months that have made this gym a great place to work out...fresh painted walls...fun tastefully done graffiti...reupholstered benches...another full set of free weights...the women’s locker room has more new benches and locker space available for day use or to rent.
All staff members and very helpful, friendly, respectful, offer a wide range of expertise and I’m ALWAYS greeted with a “Hi, how are you?” when I walk through the door! If I need assistance with anything while I am there it is taken care of immediately and with a smile!
