I've been with Island Storage for almost 4 years and I've never had any problems. He's prompt at getting to the units if you need him there, always has the units clean before he rents them out and as long as you pay your storage fee every month, he will work with you if an emergency should arise and he's very fair. And Tamaria, are you sure you have the correct number? I think there's been maybe 3 times in 4 years that his phone wasn't answered and he always returned my missed calls. Check the phone number.
