There is NO space for overnight parking so plan accordingly. Load times can be quick or take a while depending on what or which company (jbs, john morrel, smithfield) product your hauling.

Make sure the seals match the BOL before leaving. You are picking up export meat products for overseas shipment. Seal must match when arriving at customs. About delays and do it right the first time ;-)
I cant stress this enough. DO NOT waltz up to the office with an attitude. They can make you wait longer. Staff here are very pleasant and they do the best they can to help.
We sat for 8 hours waiting to be loaded. When they finally finished, a guy comes out and says that they were waiting on "special labels" to be printed! I seriously doubt that it takes 8 hours to print labels. This place is horrible!
Check-in is about half way down the building. Good into doors and up stairs. Turn to the left and check in at counter. Have your pick-up#, destination and cdl ready, along with truck# and trailer#.
Super nice people to work with. They were a little backed up on loading the day I was there. That happens sometimes.
Once loaded, loader comes out to put seal on trailer and hand you paperwork. DO NOT LEAVE WITH THAT PAPERWORK. Bring the paperwork back up stairs to the counter and the ladies will process it and give you the proper BOL for your load.
Like any cold storage appt are set but not followed. This place is first come first serve. Earliest check in is @ 8am. Office door is located between dock doors 15&16.
Always loaded legal for ca. However sometimes it only takes an hour and other times may take eight hours...... overnight parking is ok here.
