If I could give the Grooming Service here a 0 star, I would. The rudest staff I have EVER encountered, and my dog has gone to Petco's across the country. They asked me, "Has he ever been groomed before?" My dog goes every 4-6 weeks. They tried to defend the bad haircut they gave him, because my dog "wouldn't let them get close to him. That's why he looks the way he looks." No one has ever told me this before. The staff also asked me, "What are you feeding him? Is your dog extra gassy? You know there's tablets you can get for that." Seriously?! No, he isn't overly gassy and I've never noticed anything. But if he is nervous and if you are mean to him, he might have some farts. NEVER go to this groomer, I don't think she is even certified. Just want to help anyone else out that may consider this grooming service!!
Staff is always very friendly and helpful. They have an excellent selection of fish.
Pups love it after I visit.
Although they may have temporary employees that truly don't know anything about the animals there is still ones that do Taylor Annette and Angie are all amazing
