I'm sorry...but if you treat people this way, this is exactly how you keep people away. Not a good way to do business. If you post hours...stick to them. And if a customer comes in 15 minutes before closing...you still take care of them.
Avoid this place on principle alone. They don't care about taking care of people.
This gentleman just lost what could have been a customer for life. Being new to a town...I find one place I like and go there faithfully. Guess it won't be this place.
Wow. I walked into this place at 12:45 pm on Saturday when posted hours are till 1pm. The older gray haired barber told be he would be able to do it today...he had somewhere to be.
