They were rough taking off the old gel polish, starting with using a rough dremel attachment and touching the skin around my nail. Then, after soaking, as he scraped the old off, he did it so quickly, he kept missing the end of my nail and scraping across my finger and cuticle. Then, when he filed my nails, he left jagged edges at the corners. The gel polish he put on is uneven and has air bubbles.

I went to Lisa (the owner) for many years. Then she moved her business to Grand Island :(. I didn't follow her for that reason. I've recently started going back to her. And I'll make the 25 mile drive for HER to do my nails. Lesson learned on going elsewhere! :) You know how when you find that one person that does your hair just the way you want or you find that Dr that makes you feel comfortable and isn't in a rush to get out of the room so you'd wait weeks, even months (if it isn't serious) to get in to see him/her.. that's the way it is with Lisa. I won't let anyone else do my nails. So if you are looking for THAT person, I recommend Lisa! And if someone other than Lisa does your nails and you're not happy, go back and ask for HER. She will take care of you!
This was supposed to be my first time here. I was on a tight schedule and I called hours in advance to set up an appointment. I showed up, waited almost 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time and they still hadn't started. I walked out. What's the point of scheduling an appointment if they don't uphold to that? Will never go back!
The first time I went here I had a great experience. The lady was nice she did my nails perfectly! The second and third time were terrible. Horrible experience. The guy doing my nails would stop painting them to answer a text on his phone and he would hold up his finger to me and tell me he needed a minute. He did this throughout the entire hour I sat there to get my nails done. Not only that but I asked for a third coat because I could see through my nail still and he told me no. He made it a huge deal that I asked and I was almost embarrassed because he raised his voice and everyone heard him. By then I just wanted to leave the place. That's when I saw he had gotten black speckled stuff on a couple of my nails. He even saw it himself and didn't try to fix them. I was so frustrated and just wanted to leave that I didn't say anything to him. I later then called and asked if I could come back and get those nails he got black speckled stuff on redone. They said that was fine. So the next day I come in and the lady says she doesn't see anything wrong with my nails. There was black stuff all over them. How can you not see that? I got a teal color so the black was very visible. So she finally repainted those nails and then just left me sitting there without her finishing them. I had to find someone and ask them to wipe them off with the alcohol wipe so they weren't sticky and would harden. My nail lady was on vacaction otherwise I would have never went here, but I have gotten my nails done 2 times a week for over 2 years and I have never had a more worst experience than that. Do not recommend. The paint on my nail has only lasted a week if even.
