Usually I have good experiences with this store. They are clean and organized, but when trying to buy an ornament in 2016, on 3 separate occasions, the employees gave us the run around on trying to buy a specific ornament. None of the employees knew the exact information on release dates, so when it came to actually buying the ornament, I missed it at this store and had to end up buying online and paying shipping.
